What is Coaching?
Coaching can be described as "unlocking people's potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them".

Coaching Psychologists use 'the scientific study and application of behaviour, cognition and emotion to deepen our understanding of individuals’ and groups’ performance, achievement and wellbeing, and to enhance practice within coaching'.

Coaching is not Counselling, or Mentoring or Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG).
Most importantly, Coaching is for ANYONE and can be the catalyst for long term personal or professional change & development.
Why Coaching?
Sometimes life can feel like it is happening to us. Maybe it feels more difficult to follow that DREAM, achieve that GOAL, get that PROMOTION, start that BUSINESS or rediscover that thing that made you HAPPY once upon a time.
Happiness can have a different meaning for different people and EVERYONE deserves a chance to live a happy, fulfilled and FLOURISHING life.
Where's the evidence?
I am affiliated with the Career Development Institute (CDI) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). This means that I practice as a coach under a robust code of ethical guidelines. My practice is evidence based and I regularly remain up to date on the latest developments in psychological, career development and coaching research. Studies into the outcomes of Coaching have shown :
